
The postures of the kriya-yog
POSTURE ONE
Take the salutation posture early in the morning on the bed itself if it is pure or on a mattress of meditation if you so desire. In winter you may put a shawl or a cover upon your body if you find it desirable. Salute God amply to your satisfaction in salutation posture for a couple of minutes while pronouncing mentally.

(Continue all the prayers during the salutation if you so desire as it will take the same duration.of the early hours)
POSTURE TWO
Both hands on the knees in front of you after each salutation posture.
Close your both fists and while keeping them in the inward position on the mattress at both sides. Put your upper-body weight on both closed palms alternately for one minute. Remember that each palm has a sub-chakra in the middle of it and it activates while accumulating sufficient healing energy every-time you do this exercise.
POSTURE THREE
It is a continuation of the previous step with only the fists turned outwardly and the body-weight is put on them in equal manner in alternate way for another minute.
POSTURE FOUR
Salutation posture for a while and then both hands on knees.

POSTURE FIVE
Both palms upon the pancreas in between the thighs and the lower abdomen in the pubic area with the thumbs pointing the navel from each side. This pose helps you to get rid of diabetes problem within six months. The rest of the fingers close to each other. The heat or light of the healing power is felt abundantly for another three / four minutes as the longest period at this stage.
POSTURE SIX
Move both palms upward with the middle finger pointing the navel as both of them are responsible for entire health system of the body. The exchange of powers are allowed and always visualized with closed eyes for two minutes.
POSTURE SEVEN
Slide the palms up to the heart area or anahat chakra and help the heartbeat to continue with your healing power or the life force you accumulated while pressing your body-weight on the sub-chakra of each palm.
POSTURE EIGHT
Put the left palm under your neck on the vishudha charka or on the sidereal plexus and your right palm on the back of the neck itself to regulate blood circulation. Surplus of blood in the head causes many diseases and aches.
POSTURE NINE
Place slightly the middle of the right palm on the spot of the forehead where Indians put a color-mark or a colourful tika and the middle of the left palm pointing the Bramha-Chakra or on the head itself. Now allow alignment of the seven chakras while visualizing all the chakras from bottom to head. Pronounce with each colourful chakras---Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Aum, Aum.
POSTURE TEN
While reaching the second Aum raise both hands (palms) upward on your both sides of the head to direct the spiritual flame of the chakras. And continue to pronounce three times mentally ___ Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Om, Om.
When finished join both palms at the forehead and slowly complete salutation posture while thanking the divine power for fostering good health for ever in the present life.
POSTURE ELEVEN
(Bend down in salutation posture)

POSTURE TWELVE
After finishing the salutation remain in the same posture and place the palms on the buttocks (lower part of the waist) and feel the healing power or the heat while visualizing and activating the base plexus or muladhar charka for one minute.
Put the palms in the middle of the waist while visualizing and activating the fluidal plexus in the pubic area or the Swadhisthan Chakra for one minute.
Lastly, place both palms on the sides of the upper waist parallel to the navel or the igneous plexus or the Manipur Chakra for one minute.
Now, intermingle the fingers of your hands while remaining in the salutation posture. Raise your hands with intermingled fingers and palms upward above the back part of your head. Bring both hands forward to the maximum while keeping them above your rear head until the face is harshly reddened for another minute.
POSTURE THIRTEEN
Now raise yourself and put both hands on knees for a rest until the heart-beats calm down to its normal rate.
Raise your hands and place the middle of the palms on your eyes to prevent and secure them from diseases. Expect the grace from the Lord accordingly.
That my eye-sight will always be normal.
That I shall not have to wear eye-glasses.
That my eyes will always be devoid of cataract.
That my eyes will never be dried up.
That I shall always have control over my tears.
POSTURE FOURTEEN
(Bend down for salutation posture and mentally say the following before ending up.)
