Two years ago, a medical doctor and friend, I was working with, introduced me to his spiritual teacher.
This teacher took my hands and it was like the puzzle " Carine" felt apart in thousand pieces and was put together again. But just a few pieces got on another place. I felt very confused and filled with love and went for a walk in the forest.
The year after this event, I got a lot of fysical and mental complains. Pain in my heart, neck, head, very tired, wanted to be alone or in nature etc.
After 10 months I read the book Kundalini from the Guru Muktananda and realised wat has happend to me, I got shaktipat.
Now I am feeling much better, my life style is changing a lot. Last februari I visited the spritual teacher in Trinidad Tobego and this was really great.
This is the small version of my story of Kundalini awakening....curieus about yours!
I agree with you, each person has a catalog of personal experiences with this process, and for me when it started i could find hardly anything about it. As I am a novice writer, i felt it important to take notes about it each day, and now have tons of entries covering all this time period. i'm glad i did it, and now work to publish it to common on my website. it takes a lot to type in all the notes and edit all, but i think it will help at least give one person's take on what happens and how it is to go through it. I would encourage all going through this to make a journal and try to take notes each day, as in this way we collect a database for others following.
together we can make sense of this and help each other.
i have a short synoposis of what led up to this at this link Kundalini Testimonial
I would like to post some of the journal to get feedback, if it's interesting to others or not.
as I read it over and over and edit, it seems boring and rendundant. i don't know how much to cut
out and how much to leave in. as it is, one could see it as a kind of scientific record, with notes entered every 2-3 hours for each day. i tell what kind of session i did, then what happened during it. as one looks at it, then one can see patterns and insight on what this process is all about.
summarizing all of these notes is an entirely different thing and will take alot of work to do it.
perhaps others can use this data, to do that?
